Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the tour by the client (you)

We understand that plans can change, and we're happy to accommodate. You can choose to reschedule at any time before your appointment by following the instructions in your confirmation email. Cancellations made 1 week or more in advance of the booking will also be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-show policy

Failure to show up on time on the YourTour appointment means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the tour.
